Service Standards
If your worst fear when employing a tradesman is that you'll be ripped off, you'll be relieved to know that I'm different! My high standard of service is governed by my key principles: Honesty, Reliability & Service.
- I provide an honest, no-nonsense plumbing service. If all you need is a new washer, I'll tell you - I won't take advantage of my expertise to overcharge you.
- There's little worse than waiting all day for nothing, as I know your time is valuable I endeavour to arrive within a given 30-minute time slot, and in the unlikely event that I am held up a little, I'll let you know immediately.
- I will always treat you & your home with respect & courtesy. Effective communication is at the heart of our service, ensuring your satisfaction.
- All work will be agreed before I start, with written quotations provided on request. If you are within a reasonable distance from our Woolwich Arsenal base I may be able to arrange a free home visit to discuss your needs.
- I always try to arrive with all the parts I need to complete the job, but should I need to pop out to a plumbers merchant, I won't take all day!
- I hold a CRB Enhanced Disclosure certificate, which can be provided for business/education/medical clients who work with children or vulnerable adults.

PAYMENT: We accept Cash, and BACS transfer. We also accept Debit/Credit cards through PayPal, subject to an additional fee of 3.5% of the invoice total. We don't accept cheques.
